STEVE WAGMAN
Steve Wagman graduated from York University in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and has been involved in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years. He started out his career in 'New Home' construction and later concentrated his efforts in 'Custom Home' construction. Steve posses a great wealth of knowledge in both construction and sales. As Steve works closely with both buyers and sellers, his outgoing personality coupled with his high standard of professionalism has resulted in him receiving the Forest Hill Real Estate Diamond Award. Steve is happily married to Jill Spector Wagman and has three beautiful daughters.

JILL SPECTOR-WAGMAN
Jill attended York University in Toronto, majoring in Psychology and Sociology. In 1989, Jill was tapped by the telecommunications industry and in a short time was offered a position as a Corporate Account Manager for Bell Mobility's Blue Chip Corporate Accounts, which included servicing IBM and Xerox, where she went on to earn the prestigious 'Bell Mobility Top Performer ' award each year.
Soon after becoming a proud mother, Jill parted her long time telecommunications career to take on new challenges and opportunities in the fast-paced, highly personalized field of Real Estate sales.

ANTHONY ZUCCARINI
Anthony attended Centennial College in Toronto, studying Creative Advertising. In 1998, Anthony went into the family business, building luxury custom homes in the Greater Toronto Area. Working very closely with his father, Anthony excelled in the world of new home construction and interior design. Soon after getting married, Anthony decided to use his background in Advertising and his expertise in construction, and entered the world of Real Estate sales. Working together with Steve and other members of the team, Anthony has proven to be an asset to Team Wagman. With his experience and knowledge in building and design, Anthony gives his clients the valuable information they need when buying or selling homes.

JORDAN GROSMAN
Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Jordan succeeds in the Real Estate Business because he enjoys the many different facets of this profession. Jordan is a "people person" and as such thrives on the interaction with the variety of different people pursuing their real estate interests. He also welcomes the challenge of making "the deal". Jordan gleans a strong sense of satisfaction in assisting someone who is in the process of finding and purchasing that perfect first home or assisting others at a different stage in life who may be selling their family home. Jordan also is very interested in the commercial real estate field. Jordan is regarded for his hard work, knowledge of the market, accessibility and keen negotiation skills. RICHARD ZUCKERMAN
Richard was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He attended the Institute of Glasgow Chartered Accountancy School where he graduated with honors. He was a senior vice president of International Marketing and Artist and Repertoire at CBS UK and Sony Music Canada. He has a beautiful wife and two wonderful children. His success in Real Estate comes from his many years of negotiating deals within the music business and his passionate and caring attitude towards artists, buyers and sellers.Richard also has attained the elevated stature of being a Real Estate Broker.
